IT infrastructure specifications include:

• Dual internet service connections: one with a dedicated 4Mbps Committed Information Rate (CIR), burstable up to 10Mbps as Bandwidth on Demand, and the other a business DSL account with a 2Mbps CIR, burstable up to 5Mbps, both used in a load balanced configuration.
  
  
• We use telco-grade 3Com managed and unmanaged switches, and structured cabling from main distribution frame to workstation areads.
  
  
• Main router is a Unix box (FreeBSD), running PFSense that does all of our firewalling and routing specifications.
  
  Backup routers are a Cisco2800 and a Linksys RV082, which can be configured with either ISP for regular internet or VPN requirements.
  
  
• The entire local network authenticates to a central domain manager to secure domain accounts.
  
  
• We also maintain a local proxy server and a local DNS server.

Our location is very safe and well-secured. In fact, an affiliate company has been holding its operations 24/7 in one section of the office, since November 2007.
