The Focus team got a feel of what it was like to cook three healthful and delicious gourmet foods namely: Shrimp/Fish noodle salad, Vegetable burgers, Banana Lemon Crepe, with the help of Chef Nick Garcia from the Philippine Culinary School. Instead of using meat, Chef Garcia used whole wheat cereal in preparing the recipes. The activity began with a one-hour orientation about health foods and healthy living. Even if the team ate a late lunch, they shared the food they prepared with much relish after cooking the meals themselves. It was an insightful experience.
