Job Description of the Project Manager:

The PROJECT MANAGER (Web Designing) leads a team of web designers and manages their work in collaboration with web developers/programmers in a highly dynamic, aggressive and high volume global internet marketing operations.

General Requirements:

• STRICTLY, at least 2 to 3 years experience in web-based Project Management
• Experienced web designer and effective team leader
• Good design skills in terms of quality and quantity

Technical Requirements:

• Above average skills in HTML and CSS
• Above average skills in Adobe Photoshop CS or FireWorks
• Above average skills in Macromedia DreamWeaver
• Skills in Adobe Illustrator and Wordpress; Joomla, a plus
• Knowledge with Javascripts and form validations
• Strong knowledge of table-less websites
• Good background with dynamic websites
• Experience in Flash, PHP, Apache and MySQL a plus

Other Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience in working for a foreign company
• Experience in managing web development projects / operations
• Must be a good Team Player and effective Team Leader
• Very internet savvy and keen on details
