Job Description of the HR / Recruitment Officer:

a. Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field.
b. Technical Knowledge / Job Description
  • 3 to 5 years experience in HR work
  • 1 to 3 years experience in recruitment
  • Familiar with the IT and BPO industries
  • Must have advanced Internet skills.
c. Personal Qualifications
  • Good administrative and computer skills
  • Has the nose for effective head-hunting
  • People-oriented, innovative, and has initiative
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English
  • Excellent telephone skills and experience conducting interviews
