Job Description of the HR / Recruitment Officer: a. Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field.
b. Technical Knowledge / Job Description - 3 to 5 years experience in HR work
- 1 to 3 years experience in recruitment
- Familiar with the IT and BPO industries
- Must have advanced Internet skills.
c. Personal Qualifications - Good administrative and computer skills
- Has the nose for effective head-hunting
- People-oriented, innovative, and has initiative
- Fluency in both written and verbal English
- Excellent telephone skills and experience conducting interviews
